New MySpace = BugSpace 3.0

We didn’t really mind losing our non-existent design with the css killer MySpace 3.0 upgrade, but the fact that since the roll-out of the new layout neither the music player, nor the video slider has been working on our profile makes our presence on MySpace kinda pointless.
Maybe it was the addition of a new song and new videos that were just too much for MySpace to handle, or some wires got crossed when they did the roll-out, we don’t know, but judging by the number of pissed-off users with similar problems, they’d better do something about it soon or everyone will leave.

New MySpace rollout starts

MySpace have announced that they started rolling out the new design of the site, and expect to switch over to the new 3.0 layout by the end of November. This comes a couple of weeks later than expected, but the bottom line is still that the current css MySpace layouts will be lost after the upgrade to 3.0 has been forced. This is most probably MySpace’s last chance, as they are reportedly losing about $100 million a year, and unless they can turn the negative trend into a positive one with these changes, they won’t be around for too long. For the time being, just switch over to the clean, new MySpace layout like we did, and let’s see what happens.
