Broken bones can’t stop us

Two weeks ago William broke his arm as a result of an ice skating accident, but it didn’t stop him from playing a perfect gig last night in Austria. Max respect!
By the way, Rock Im Saal was awesome: perfect sound and organization, nice audience, so thanks to everyone who made this possible!
And what else could have been a more perfect ending than hearing our own song on the radio on the way back?

Status Update

As you may have noticed already, our website has got a new design and looks better than ever. That’s because the new EP is just around the corner. Now you only have to wait a couple of more weeks and you can listen to it as we’ll make it freely downloadable. Its title will be Rewound, and it will feature a cool surf rock intro plus 3 catchy-as-hell smash hits.
Next week we’ll play two gigs, on Friday we’ll return to the amazing Bozak club in Teplice, and on Saturday we’ll play White Trash Fast Food in Berlin, as part of the Berlin Music Week. And we already have a gig in Budapest scheduled for December with our old buddies The Joystix plus the Deleeders from Italy.
It would be cool to play a couple of more gigs in Oct-Nov, so you know, just let us know if you want to book us.

New songs taking shape + Berlin

The new songs (there’s 3 of them so far) are still just being rehearsed, but they will be recorded in a few months’ time. And what will they sound like? Well, think of 18 Now.
We’ve also managed to book a gig in Berlin’s coolest venue for September. Life is good.

Bankrupt’s Not Dead

Booking gigs has never been so hard, but finally we can present 3 new dates. Next up is the Insane Festival on 15 April in Kiskunfélegyháza with lots of foreign bands, then we have Rock am Berg festival in Austria for August, and we’ll return to Teplice (as we promised) in September. We still have plenty of unused gigging capacity, so invitations are always welcome! 🙂 Continue reading
